L'Orée du Sabia is a 9.5 hectare vineyard that has been farmed organically and biodynamically since its creation.Bastien Mousset and his team of enthusiasts are committed to revealing the identity of each of their terroirs through the grape variety that takes root there. Négrette on Rhyolite, Pinot Noir on Schistes or Chenin on Granite are examples of the duos that the estate accompanies right through to the bottle.
Thanks to the proximity of the Atlantic Ocean, meticulous work and ageing in concrete vats and barrels, the Orée du Sabia wines share a structure based on elegance, freshness and a hint of iodine.
The team will be delighted to welcome you to the cellar in Brem sur Mer to help you discover our wines.
