Since 2020, our passion has guided each of our creations, combining tradition and innovation to offer our customers the very best experience. We showcase the riches of our terroir through the creation of authentic spirits, drawing on the treasures of the Vendée.

► Benjamin Cousseau, founder of the Distillerie des Achards and ambassador for leading spirits houses, has forged a reputation in the art of serving, dosing and combining flavours to concoct ever more inspiring and original cocktails. Winner of the Diageo World Class France 2017 (best bartender in France), he has worked in a number of renowned establishments in France and abroad.
► Quentin is passionate about permaculture and a fine connoisseur of plants, roots, flowers, cereals... This philosophy, based on sustainable development, is an asset he wishes to highlight in his work. Self-taught, he has perfected the art of distillation to create and develop unique products at the Distillerie des Achards.
