Knife apples, apple juice and fruit juice, cider, cidaigre (made using the same process as cider vinegar, and used as a seasoning), Pommeau du Maine and Fine du Maine... There's so much to discover at this certified farm.Direct sales are possible at the farm every Thursday, and in various specialist shops (Ferme Auberge de la Touche le Tremblay; Mayenne Bio Soleil Laval and Azé; Jardin de l'avenir Sainte-Gemmes-sur-Loire; Biocoop Angers, Avrillé, Mûrs-Erigné and Trélazé; la Boutique Associative Challain-la-Potherie; Bistronomica Segré), in the AMAP Le Panier Bio Segréen in Sainte-Gemme d'Andigné and the Ferme Angevine in Beaucouzé.
