Romain Fohanno : ostréiculteur-conchyliculteur
Romain Fohanno has been based in Assérac since 2013, but has been in the business since 1999. A native of the area, he grows oysters from Brittany and Bouchot mussels from Pénestin, on the outstanding natural site of Pen Bé.
Romain offers his products at the markets, but also on his farm and on his website, equipped with an online ordering tool: orders can be collected from the farm and parcels sent to anywhere in France and Europe.
A vending machine for oysters and shellfish is located on rue de Kerhillier, on the corner of the bakery "le Fournil du Pays Blanc" and the cellar "les chais saint François" in Guérande. It operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
