Explore the secrets of the salt marsh and harvest your own fleur de sel! A crystalline treasure at your fingertips for 2 hours!The salt-maker will begin with a guided tour of her saltworks.
Then Valérie will invite you down to the salt marsh, where you'll be immediately amazed by the natural beauty all around you.
Guided by the craftswoman, you'll learn the traditional techniques for harvesting flower of salt.
Once your harvest is complete, the salt-maker will show you her tricks for drying your flower of salt and revealing all its aromas.
At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own harvest (around 1 kg of fleur de sel), enough to give a salty kick to all your culinary creations!
