Paul Gautreau has converted from a salesman to a walnut grower, offering you a range of walnut-based products, all certified organic.

Paul Gautreau, a walnut grower, has been involved in organic farming since 2009. He took over an abandoned 11-hectare walnut grove. Since then, Paul has taken over 6 new hectares spread over several plots throughout Maine et Loire, with local varieties (adapted to walnut oil). He has also planted 1.5 hectares of hazelnut trees, which should bear fruit in a few years' time.
He sells whole walnuts or shelled walnut kernels, but he also processes walnuts to produce a walnut wine aperitif, salted walnuts for aperitifs, and walnut pralines. He has also developed products in partnership with other craftsmen, such as walnut oil and walnut flour with Huilerie Vernoilaise, and walnut biscuits, as well as chocolate products with walnuts, etc...
All our products are certified organic and made using traditional methods.
