Pain, Brioche et viennoiseries de la Maison LALOS
Frédéric Lalos offers bread, brioches, Viennese pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
Voted Meilleur ouvrier de France in 1997, Frédéric Lalos makes his bread in the small village of Soucé.Made not far from the Les Vergers de Soucé shop, all his products are concocted with care and passion, respecting French know-how. In his quest for excellence in his products, this artisan baker, who was honoured at the age of 26, uses ancient wheat flour from Ernée and wheat flour from Auvergne. He pays particular attention to using ingredients from France's terroir, as local as possible, which he then transforms in his bakery: slow kneading, long fermentation and shaping by hand are the order of the day for this advocate of 'good bread'.
Dividing his time between Soucé and Paris, his aim is to offer quality bread that is accessible to everyone.
At the weekend, you can enjoy these products at Soucé at a very affordable price.
