Two windmills dating from the 18th and 19th centuries stand side by side on the hills of Pouzauges, in a site with a remarkable panorama. The crushed wheat becomes flour, which the baker sometimes turns into bread and then bakes in a wood-fired oven.
Flour and sourdough bread are sold all year round on FRIDAYS, from 9am to 12.30pm and from 5pm to 7pm, directly at the mills. During the summer months (July, August and from 1 to 17 September), sales take place on Fridays from 9am to 12.30pm and from 4pm to 7pm, and on Sundays from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Picnic facilities are available in the Bois de la Folie, 500 metres away.
Justin is also present at the Pouzauges market, under the covered market, every Thursday morning from 8.30am to 12pm.
