At the Pâtis farm, traditional dry pasta with and without eggs, made entirely on site (including the grain crushing stage) from the farm's own wheat.
SCEA Petit Gab or "Ferme des Pâtis" makes organic dry pasta, with or without eggs. Since 1999, the family farm has specialised in organic field crop production. Since Mats Gabillard moved in in May 2014, the family has been processing part of its soft wheat and durum wheat crops into organic dry pasta, with or without eggs. The wheat is crushed the old-fashioned way on a stone millstone and the pasta is dried at low temperature. These two decisive processes produce artisan pasta of excellent taste and nutritional quality.Direct sale at the farm (for orders over €50 - possibility of buying in large packs of 5kg and 10kg) every Monday from 4pm to 6.30pm.
At the market in Pouancé (1st Saturday of the month)
