LA FERME DU CHAMPOULAIN
On their three-hectare farm in the heart of the green Besné countryside, Fabrice and his wife raise 6,000 hens for their delicious eggs. If their eggs are so good, it's because at the Champoulain farm, no expense is spared on the quality of what they're given: all their feed comes from the Moulin du Poher, in Finistère, where miller François Boucher makes nothing but organic produce.
