At the Chedannière farm, ducks are reared, fed and cooked. Foie gras, pâtés, rillettes and other products are then sold and served in restaurants. Joël Guérin, owner of the farm, invites you to discover this work through a tour of the farm every Thursday at 5pm in July and August. The tour ends with a tasting session.
