Rudolph Bedouet and Joseph Cadorel work together to produce 40 varieties of all-season vegetables and 7 varieties of fruit: cherries, plums, apples, pears, strawberries, apricots and peaches.
They also cultivate 3 hectares of trees.

The farm's produce is available from the Loire Atlantique Amap network.
