Mathieu and Marina offer a range of mechouis, pork and lamb accompanied by roast potatoes or three-colour beans within a 60-kilometre radius for a minimum of 60 people (to be defined on quotation).
They also offer meats smoked with cherry wood essence: magrets and filet mignons, as well as a surprise: the world-exclusive Tromp-fum duck breast.
These smoked meats are ideal as an aperitif or in a salad.
Foie gras smoked to order and Assérac smoked salt. (fleur de sel or coarse salt)
