Samuel RENAUD is a farmer-baker who grows the cereals, mills the flour and makes the bread. The wheat is grown on organic conversion land, and the bread is 100% natural sourdough, baked in a wood-fired oven.
The bread is made from 100% natural sourdough and baked in a wood-fired oven, plain, farmhouse, cereals, sesame, sunflower, walnut raisins, small spelt, plain brioches, raisins, chocolate, wheat flour, etc.Point of sale at the farm, every Monday from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, except public holidays.
