Farm offering direct sales of a new meat breed: the Blonde d'Aquitaine, renowned for its tender, low-fat meat. 82 ha to provide more food for the cows: From mid-March to November, "rotational grazing" is practised to take advantage of the natural meadows. The animals are born, bred and fed without GMOs, and are cared for on the farm using "old-fashioned techniques" (macerations of plants, etc.).
