Located on the site of the former Ouche farm in Joué-sur-Erdre, the Ouche brewery produces beers with character.
Having grown up in the north of France, close to the Belgian border, Arnaud offers recipes influenced by this region's brewing traditions.The beers are marked by their generous body and the balance between malt and hops. The short-lived brews adapt to the different seasons to surprise and delight the taste buds of craft beer lovers.
In 2023, the brewery won two gold medals in the France Bière Challenge for :
- La Joviale saison, a rustic, farmhouse, Breton ale
- La Joviale double, a strong amber beer
