Between Nantes and Pornic, independent brewer Aurore invites you on a tasty adventure. Tasty beers to take you "from here to dawn", to make the conviviality and sharing last until the early hours of the morning...

The beers of D'ici l'aurore :


the white "Grâce Matinée": light, with spicy notes of ginger. Fresh and invigorating, perfect for a brunch on the terrace.
Aurore du Soir" blonde: sunshine in a bottle! Aurore du Soir shines brightly with its malty aromas and light bitterness.
Midi Net" amber: twilight in a glass! Caramel notes, reminiscent of the last rays of sunshine...
La Femme à Barbe" dark: starry night in a bottle! Aromas of coffee, chocolate and hazelnut, an invitation to daydream under the starry sky.
Bain de Minuit" IPA: a galaxy of hops. An explosion on the palate with fruity flavours and a resinous finish.

Discover the world of microbrewing
The brewery opens its doors to the curious and the passionate. On the programme: what are the main stages in making a beer? what ingredients are used? where do they come from? and of course, the visit ends with a tasting session!

Tours available all year round: booking essential at all tourist offices, at reception or by telephone (Les Moutiers-en-Retz, La Bernerie-en-Retz, La Plaine-sur-Mer, Pornic, Préfailles, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef and Villeneuve-en-Retz) or by booking online.



Where can you buy D'ici l'aurore beers?


Directly from the brewery at the weekly market at the Ferme à Cultures, on Tuesdays from 4pm to 8pm.
at the Les Salines cellar in Villeneuve-en-Retz, at the Proxi shop in Les Moutiers-en-Retz, at La Cavanaise in Sainte-Pazanne, at the Clos Mouillés farm market in Villeneuve-en-Retz.
