WINDFOIL, WINGFOIL AVEC LE CENTRE NAUTIQUE DE SAINT-BREVIN

Adapted from windsurfing, the foil is a part of a boat that allows it to move by being raised above the surface of the water. It therefore allows the boat to travel at greater speed.

Kites, catamarans, windsurfers and even optimists: over the last few years, we've seen a boom in foils on all types of craft. Major races like the Vendée Globe have also adopted them! Adapted to windsurfing, foils need just 10 knots of wind to start taking off.

The nautical centre offers introductory windfoil lessons, with the only requirement being that you know how to planing sail. 2h00 session: 30 min preparation and 1h30 sailing.
You'll be taken out to sea accompanied by your instructor, who will be on hand to advise you.
Full wetsuit, helmet and lifejacket are provided. However, please bring neoprene slippers or closed shoes.
