QUAI VERT

Located on the banks of the Lower Loire Maritime Canal, offers activities all year round and for all ages: cultural events, visits of the surrounding area and its heritage, outdoor sports… Bike rentals, canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle and paddle boats.

Located on the banks of the Canal de la Martinière, in the village of Migron in Frossay, the Quai Vert offers water sports, nature walks and cycle hire, in particular cycles adapted for people with reduced mobility => handbikes.

The Quai Vert is an essential stop-off point for walks along the canal, providing information on the special features of the site (Massereau hunting and wildlife reserve, former Loire islands, history of the Lower Loire Maritime Canal).

Exhibitions are held at the Quai Vert throughout the year, with free access, and cultural and festive events are scheduled according to the season.

Just next to the Quai Vert, the Incroyable Jardin du Migron, initiated by the Incroyables Comestibles in 2015, is the fruit of a great collective adventure. With no fences or barriers, this growing space in the heart of the Sud Estuaire marshes is open to everyone. You can sow, plant, water or harvest freely, at collective meetings or during a stroll along the Canal de la Martinière.

For your seminars and meetings, the Quai Vert offers three rooms for hire, to host your events in an unspoilt natural setting.

Hire of sports room 80€/day (there is nothing sporting about this room, it is simply what it is called, it is perfect for sophro, meditation etc. as it is quite dark due to the small windows)
