Presentation of: LES BALADES DE CHLOE

I developed Chloé's walks in 2017 with the aim of practising sport and well-being in the environment that surrounds us: the ocean and the marshes.

I'm keen to share the benefits of water walking and Paddle Fitness, and invite you to come and discover my activities.

From March to November, water walking sessions (longe-cote), Paddle Fitness/Pilate in the ocean or waterways and surfing lessons.
Great beach of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, beach of the dunes, Plan d'eau des vallées, river of Jaunay.

After each session, stretching and meditation take place on the beach, followed by tea.

Wetsuits loaned for the 1st session and equipment provided.
