- A sports area: comprising a 25 m x 26 m (10-lane) competition pool and a 25 m x 10 m (4-lane) learning pool.
- A covered leisure area: adjoining the sports area, comprising a 300 m² leisure pool (bubbling bench, waterfall, water cannon, bubble plate, massaging jets, flowing river), a 90 m² paddling pool with play structures, a slide, a diving pool and areas for relaxation.
- An outdoor play area: 4,100 m² including a 500 m² play pool and a 45 m pentagliss with 4 lanes, 600 m² of mineral beaches and 3,000 m² of grassy areas.
- A Fitness area, reserved for adults, allows users to discover the joys of relaxation and well-being. It has 2 saunas, a hammam, a cold bath, a relaxation room, a cardio-training room and two weights rooms. Children under the age of 10, or those who cannot swim, must be accompanied by their legal parents or by an adult in swimming costume, who will ensure effective and permanent supervision in the pool and on the premises.
