Club de voile de La Bernerie-en-Retz
The SR Bernerie sailing club is ideally located in La Bernerie-en-Retz, less than an hour's drive from Nantes (around 45 km) and a few kilometres south of Pornic, easily accessible by car, bus and TER from the local station. Located on the main beach and bordering a 2-hectare stretch of water protected from the sea, it offers a safe, natural setting for water sports activities.
Activities on offer:
The base is run by the Société des Régates de la Bernerie (SRB), affiliated to the FFVoile and approved by the Ministry of Sport and the Ministry of Education. It offers a wide range of sports: sailing school (optimist, Laser Pico, catamaran S12/RS14/Hobie), windsurfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle, sand yachts, wing foil.
The centre has qualified staff (BE/DF Voile, CQPIV), a complete safety system (surveillance boats, VHF link) and equipment available: wetsuits, life jackets, trapezes.
👉 Lessons, courses, hire and free sailing are open to all levels, in a friendly atmosphere, supervised by a qualified team and a complete safety system.
The facilities are accessible to all: changing rooms, toilets, showers and easy access for people with disabilities.
The Club Nautique is one of the many activities and leisure facilities on offer in Pornic, presented by the Destination Pornic Tourist Office.
