SENTIER DES NICHOIRS

Unlike all the other trails in Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche, the nesting box trail is accessible from every street in the town centre.
This 5 km trail can be extended by 2 km by following the "variant" signs from the Route de Maché.

"Bringing the animals to breed in the nesting boxes is an exhilarating occupation. This activity helps to improve the quality of life of the various guests and to develop a special relationship with those who would like to respond to our invitation.
But our efforts in this area will only be truly successful if we integrate the installation of nesting boxes into a more comprehensive approach (planting hedges, organic gardening, etc.).
As a result of the uncontrolled development of human activities, the home range of birds is shrinking like a stone. So don't hesitate to install nesting boxes and feeders in your garden. Happiness guaranteed.

Practical information:
From the sports hall, you can access easier parking.
A geocaching trail follows the path of the nesting boxes (the brochure is available from the Tourist Office).
A Rando'clim trail also follows the sentier des Nichoirs.
► At Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche, help assess the impact of climate change in our region. Trees and shrubs undergo changes throughout the year linked to the seasons: appearance of leaves, flowering, fruiting, leaf fall... The aim of Rando'clim is to observe the dates of these events to study how they change over time and provide elements of a response to the impact of climate change on our environment.
