Set off on a walk through the landscapes that shape the setting of Saint-Crespin-sur-Moine. Wind your way between the vineyards where several of Maine-et-Loire's iconic wines are made, fields and forest paths. Be sure to stop off at one of the many wineries along the way.As you stroll along, you'll catch a glimpse of the hill of l'Écarpière and the old quarries. Saint-Crespin-sur-Moine was a uranium mining town for 40 years.
You'll also come across other reminders of its history, such as the Château de Beauchêne and the chapelle des écluseaux.
