Les landes du Gouverneur
Le Croisic has a lot to offer, and this tour takes you away from the small town of character to discover its other side.
A breath of fresh air between land and sea. This trail crosses the former garennes, land that was cleared late in the 18th century and came under the direct control of the royal domain.
The route allows you to appreciate the variety of landscapes on the peninsula, with moorland, rocky coastline and wooded areas.
The route continues in the Penn Avel park, owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral, where, before reaching the ocean, hikers can visit the Maison du Patrimoine Croisicais and the recently restored Providence windmill.
PLEASE NOTE:
This route takes in parts of the coastal path,
also known as the Sentier des Douaniers, or GR®34.
This path is exclusively for pedestrians: bicycles are not permitted.
