Presentation of: LE CIRCUIT DES JARDINS A LA HAYE-FOUASSIERE
This short circuit (700 m), starting and finishing behind the town hall, takes you from flower beds to gardens. You'll find a host of perennial plants along the way. Most of these plants are labelled for your information.
Enjoy your visit!
La Haye Fouassière, a town with the "4 flowers" label.
We prefer to talk about "embellishment" rather than "flowering", which we feel is a more appropriate term to cover landscape, architecture and flowering.
In a rural community like ours, landscaping must remain simple and natural. Each development must fit in with the surrounding landscape and contribute to the harmony of our living environment. The most important thing, in our opinion, is to "learn to look", not to rush. A period of observation, and even doubt, is often necessary before any work is carried out, so that the creation fits in as well as possible with the environment. Whether it's for a small garden or a larger project, it's always important to consider the project as a whole.
You also need to find your own style of flowering, avoiding uniformity and not limiting yourself to annual flowers alone. That's why, since 1992, we've been creating beds and flowerbeds made up of perennials, bulbs and shrubs that are interesting all year round. We are also constantly looking for new plants to diversify our beds.
In all our designs, we try to arouse the curiosity of walkers and encourage them to take a different approach to beautification...".
