Circuits PR "Les 3 villages" (17km) et "Le Séquoia" (8km)

A 17-kilometre route signposted in yellow, with the option of an 8-kilometre alternative in the Forêt domaniale de Perseigne.

A circuit of almost 17 kilometres (4h30) in the Forêt domaniale de Perseigne, starting from the Parc de la Mairie in Ancinnes.

A shorter variant (8 kilometres - 2h30) is also available.

Yellow signposting for both variants, with the name of the circuit on a blue background for the 17-kilometre route and on a brick background for the 8-kilometre route.

Ancinnes lies on the edge of the Sarthe department, 47 km north of Le Mans and 7 km from Alençon. Like its neighbouring communes, Saint-Rigomer-des-Bois and Neufchâtel-en-Saosnois, it lies within the Normandie-Maine Regional Nature Park and on the edge of the Perseigne national forest. Populated by oaks, beeches and other deciduous trees, Perseigne is home to the highest point on the Sarthe at the belvedere. This hike takes in some stunning
panoramas.

Things to see along the way:
- Ancinnes town hall, former presbytery;
- Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul church;
- The Perseigne forest, with its variety of plots and the giant sequoia near the route
circuit;
- Panoramic views.
