Presentation of: CIRCUIT PEDESTRE LES TERREES
Terrées, or "trailles" in Maraîchin dialect, are plantations of pollarded ash trees arranged in long parallel strips bordered by shallow ditches. They are also home to a botanically rich ecosystem.
On this trail, you can discover burdock, purple loosestrife, marsh fireweed and, in early spring, the magnificent flowering of the marsh iris.
Start: Fontaines church car park (Doix lès Fontaines)

Since 2023, you can link this walk with the 2.4 km Billaude walk (Doix) via a 1.6 km link through the terrées.
