Loop of 3,5km to discover the Pointeau with its several signs about the military history in the region and a beautiful view ont the Ocean and the Estuary.
A 3.5km walking trail to discover the Pointeau site, dotted with interpretation panels and offering remarkable views of the ocean and estuary.The Pointeau trail starts from the Saint-Brevin nautical centre and takes you around the Pointeau site, a former strategic observation point during the Second World War. Discover the many remains of the former Atlantic Wall built by the Germans. Along the way, discover the barracks and firing casemates...
The trail also offers exceptional views of the coastline and the Anse de la Courance bird sanctuary.
