Gymnastique Holistique et Qi Gong

Stage led by Isabelle Lamy. Practitioner of the method of Dr. Ehrenfried (holistic gymnastics) and teacher of Qi Gong (graduated from Ling Gui School of Dr. Liu Dong).I am since 1985 listening to the body in the exercise of my profession of physiotherapist. I like to propose movements that bring immediate relief and release muscular tension.

Through active relaxation, rediscovered balance, free breathing and fair muscle tone, the body is prepared to practice qi gong: Qi Gong of the magic card of the abdomen. This qi gong has the distinction of connecting our second brain to the first brain.

During these 5 mornings, you will discover the circulation of energy, the peaceful mind, the emotional stability.

The proposed approach To accompany you gently in the diversity of the movements of the method of Dr. Ehrenfried.
You will discover the depth of action of this method and its possibility of osteoarticular release.
