Gym douce en conscience et Qi Gong
Led by Isabelle Lamy.
As a practitioner of Dr Ehrenfried's method (holistic gymnastics) and a Qi Gong teacher (with a diploma from Dr Liu Dong's Ling Gui School), I have been listening to the body since 1985 in my work as a physiotherapist.
I like to suggest movements that bring immediate relief and release muscular tension.
Through active relaxation, rediscovered balance, free breathing and the right muscle tone, the body is prepared to practise the Qi Gong of the magic map of the abdomen. This Qi Gong is unique in that it connects our second brain to our first brain.
During these sessions (9am and 1pm), you'll discover the circulation of energy, a peaceful mind and emotional stability.
During the school holidays, Isabelle Lamy offers 5-morning courses in the Dr Ehrenfried method.
New: a monthly mindfulness gym workshop (Saturday and Sunday mornings).
The proposed approach: gently guide you through the diversity of movements in Dr Ehrenfried's method.
You'll discover the depth of action of this method and its potential for releasing osteoarticular tension.
