D'ART ET DE SEVE

Immersions in nature & workshops to connect with yourself and the living world, natural products, intuitive painting.

Through my organisation D'Art et de Sève, supported by the Ouvre-Boîtes 44 employment cooperative, I offer a range of activities in the fields of art and well-being.
I organise immersive group workshops in nature based on plant discovery (botany and the benefits of plants), combined with art-therapy activities that allow you to connect with yourself, release your creativity and emotions... and of course have fun (writing, intuitive dance, drawing, photography, singing...) in a spirit of collective sharing.
From spring 2022 onwards, I'll be selling handmade natural products (initially gourmet ranges of syrups, preserves and caramels) made from edible plants and flowers.
I also create vibrant acrylic canvases and intuitive watercolour drawings, as well as other artistic compositions. I explore nature, dreams/the unconscious, memories and the sacred.

As far as immersive workshops are concerned, I currently offer two formats:

- The "Belle Verte" immersion, discovering plants and their benefits:
Duration: 2 hours (Saturdays from 10am to 12pm), 8 places available, from 12 years upwards.
An immersion in the countryside with the plants that grow on our paths and in our woods... During this guided walk, participants will discover that many of these plants have numerous benefits for the body and mind, and will learn how to recognise them. We'll look at the so-called common plants that often line our paths (dandelion, plantain, nettle...) as well as other more unusual species. They will reveal some of their secrets. Don't hesitate to bring a small notebook to accompany you!
I'll also be proposing a meditation with the trees, a little photography game and a tasting of homemade herbal tea or syrup at the end of the session.


- The creative workshop "Connecting to yourself and to life":
Duration: 4 hours (Saturdays from 1.30pm to 5.30pm), 8 places available, from age 12.
I propose a course based on the recognition of plants and their virtues, as well as sensory and art therapy activities in a garden (Centre des Grands-Chênes in Guémené Penfao) or a wooded area (Porcé or the Prazillon wood in Saint-Nazaire).
These are powerful yet gentle therapeutic tools for getting to know yourself better, understanding yourself and communicating with your body, mind and emotions. No technique is required, just the desire to take some time for yourself, to explore and have fun. And when we connect with ourselves... we connect with others!
A meditation will start the session and participants will be guided to let their feelings, creative potential, intuition and many other aspects express themselves through writing, drawing, dancing and intuitive singing exercises... in an atmosphere of sharing and caring.
A tasting of an edible plant-based product and drink will be offered at the end of the workshop.
