Evangélia, her sons and the whole team offer retail sales of oysters and Imperial Prawns (to order) bred in their ponds. Discover the unrivalled freshness of carefully selected oysters.As production is closely linked to tidal cycles, opening times may vary. Thank you for your understanding. However, if the gate is open outside official opening times, please do not hesitate to come and see us. The team will be delighted to welcome seafood lovers and share the flavours of the sea with you.
An oyster bar on stilts is open every evening from 1 July to 31 August from 5pm to 8pm. Let yourself be carried away by the magic of marine flavours with every bite, in a setting that captures the very essence of the ocean. Oysters, mussels and prawns are on offer to suit everyone.
Evangélia is present at the La Faute-sur-Mer market on Thursdays (April to September) and Sundays (all year round).
A shop is also available at the port of L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer, open all year round.
