LES BALADES DES JARDINS DES PERDRETTES

Isabelle is a producer and harvester of aromatic and medicinal plants, and also grows saffron in the north-west and north-east of the island.
Harvested by hand, all the plants are dried at a low temperature using traditional methods, then carefully sorted and bagged.

Les Jardins des Perdrettes products: fresh plants, dried plants for infusions or cooking, edible flowers, flavoured vinegars, oily macerates...
A range of products designed for sweet, savoury or saffron lovers, using local plants selected for their flavours and properties.

From April to October, but also during the All Saints' and end-of-year holidays, Les Jardins des Perdrettes offers themed workshops and botanical walks "in tune with the seasons".
