The Square des Tanneries in Le Mans has been given a new lease of life with its guinguette. The new owners, Emmanuel and Frédéric Minaud, want good, simple and authentic food.
The season opens on Friday 11 April 2025 from 5pm!
Requests for restaurant bookings can be made by text message only to 06 15 47 52 31.
Change of opening hours at the end of the season:
-Monday closed
-Tuesday to Saturday 5pm 11pm
Sunday 4pm-10pm (weather permitting)
