Stop off at l'Ardillon! This friendly fish restaurant and atmospheric bar is located in Sainte-Marie's main square, opposite the church.

Specialising in seafood, the restaurant invites you to take a trip to the Atlantic Ocean and discover its tapas. For lunch, let yourself be tempted by the daily specials. They make the most of fresh, quality local produce. Every day, the chef adapts and creates a menu according to the season and what's available.

But who are the owners?

L'Ardillon is the result of a joint project between two brothers from Pornic, Léo & Paco. When they were children, they regularly went fishing with their family. As they grew up, they quickly acquired a taste for French gastronomy and for getting together with friends to enjoy generous dishes and fine wines. Added to this was an interest in travel and discovery. Driven by these same passions, they set about creating a place in their own image. So, on 15 June 2021, they opened l'Ardillon, their fish and seafood restaurant in Pornic.

Convinced of the usefulness of cultural projects, they want to share convivial moments with you! That's why they regularly work with artists to bring you a variety of events, including :
