If you play sport regularly, this tour is perfect for you!

It's rougher and longer than the green and blue circuits, but it's a lot of fun!
Do not take this route with young children.
On the way:
- Follow the Dive, the river that feeds the Mamers lakes.
- Panorama after the "Haut Bois" farm
- Contilly: church, Merovingian sarcophagus, law courts in the village.
