Aire de pique-nique de Chambellay sur le halage de la Mayenne

At the foot of the former Maison de l'Octroi, next to the bridge over the Mayenne, a pleasant shaded picnic area on the banks of the Mayenne.

Ideally situated on the Mayenne towpath between Château-Gontier and Le Lion d'Angers, Chambellay is a great place to take a break. The picnic tables set up at the foot of the bridge and near the old wash-house will give cyclists and walkers a pleasant place to rest. There is also a water point on the quay and public toilets near the church, further up the street leading to the heart of the village.
