Part of the route runs through the heart of the Brissac forest, a private forest belonging to the Duke of Brissac. The route is marked by double crosses, so rare in Anjou, a gatekeeper's cottage and an old railway station, through which the old railway line passed.Please note: for your own safety, access to the forest is prohibited on Thursdays and Sundays from 15 September to 28 February.
