Hippodrome de Pontchâteau
The Calvaire racecourse's geographical position between Vannes and Nantes and on the Rennes Redon St Nazaire route has made it very attractive. With its proximity to the Madeleine interchange on the RN 165 (exit 13), it is also very accessible for professionals and the public.
The racecourse has completed its facilities: 25 new boxes, 15 stalls, 1 salivarium and hot-water showers for the horses - the trotting track has been completely cast in sand. All this work has been carried out for the comfort of professionals.
Every year, the Chairman and the Committee ensure the safety, welcome and upkeep of the racecourse, as well as the smooth running of the ten meetings a year held in two disciplines: trotting and steeplechase.
Lunch available in the panoramic restaurant on race days.
Hire of the panoramic restaurant and the racecourse hall outside race days, for weddings, seminars, family reunions, etc.
