Located on the edge of the forest, you can round off your day with a hike around the lake. The 10.5km loop runs alongside the barges in a calm and relaxing environment. It's the perfect opportunity to discover all the facets of this site: the beach, the natural areas, the characterful houses and the vast Vioreau forest.
You'll want to :
- walk between lake and forest
- swim in the lake after your walk
- get a change of scenery without having to travel to the other side of the world!
A tour you can do all year round: in spring, nature awakens and the shores of the lake are dry. You can also return at the end of September, to see the trees decked out in their autumn colours and giving a new tone to the landscape.
