Circuit des étangs de Loudon - Parigné-l'Évêque

Discovery tour of the Etangs de Loudon to the south of Le Mans.

Parigné-l'Évêque is located 15 km east of Le Mans. Almost half of its territory is wooded. The trail will take you through the Loudon forest massif. It is made up of a wide variety of environments: ponds, wet and dry moorland, peaty areas and pinewoods on Cenomanian sand. This remarkable site is home to large mammals.

Things to see along the way:
- The Loudon ponds;
- The Pierre aux Bergers menhir;
- The ruins of the Loudon priory.
