Located in the Parc de la Chênaie, this hut is an 8m² insulated wooden accommodation. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility and is designed for touring walkers and cyclists on the new La Roche sur Yon - Les Sables d'Olonne route.

This cabin has 3 beds:
- A 140 cm double bed
- A folding bench that can be configured for disabled access with a companion bed, or a space for storing bicycles overnight.
Hikers will find everything they need for their overnight stopover, including a dining area, stools and a small space heater.
An electric hook-up means that electrically-assisted bicycles can be recharged safely and securely inside.
Access is by code lock.
