La Rousselière, in the heart of Montreuil-Bellay, is open all year round for weekends and school holidays (except summer and Christmas), as well as for school trips and seminars. Groups only (minimum 15 people).
On the borders of Anjou, Touraine and Poitou, a region rich in historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage, come and enjoy this beautiful property, 2 km from the historic centre of Montreuil-Bellay, a "Petite Cité de Caractère", a "Station Verte" and one of the "Plus Beaux Détours de France".Set in 4 hectares of parkland, you can enjoy a harmonious mix of shady, sunny and friendly areas, as well as a sports field (football, basketball, handball, etc.).
La Rousselière's location near the River Thouet gives you easy access to the many signposted foot and cycle paths that dot our beautiful region.
La Rousselière is committed to respecting the environment, both in terms of the building materials used and the energy used (solar and geothermal). You will be staying in a building where the architecture harmoniously blends the old and the new. There are rooms for 4 people, two of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility, with shower and WC. The dining room and kitchens are available for hire. You can enjoy a spacious dining room and a sunny terrace.
