Situated between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine du Denais is an atypical venue with a wide range of possibilities, inviting you to make it your own.
Weddings, family celebrations, festivals, shows, seminars, artistic residencies, big games - we'll adapt to your world to make your stay unique.
With an 80m² reception room and 56m² terrace, a professional kitchen, an 80m² theatre, a green heart in which 5 barnums (140m²) can be set up, accommodation in rooms, trailers or dormitories, the 15 hectares can be adapted to meet your needs.

What makes this venue special: During your event, we can offer you great games (escape game, murder party, sensory course, etc.) in a 5-hectare plant maze.

There are 4 types of accommodation:
- The gîte: 16 places in group accommodation
- Tents: 2 available for 2 to 4 people
- bedrooms: 6 bedrooms for 1, 2 or 4 people, for a total of 12 people
- Land available for tents, caravans, converted lorries, etc.
Pets allowed

Marked by a strong cultural identity, we host artistic residencies and shows, as well as training courses in a professionally equipped theatre.

We also provide a venue for team-building and tailor-made events for professional seminars.
