Just a stone’s throw away, follow “La Vélodyssée” cycle route along the coast and discover a variety of contrasting landscapes, from dunes to rocky shores…

A peaceful setting, 500 m from the sea, perfectly situated between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables-d’Olonne.
Just 500 m from the sea, the shellfish and fish market, and the restaurant “Le Galet” overlooking the sea,
300 metres from the dunes of La Petite Sauzaie, a protected site, from where the “La Vélodyssée” walking and cycling trails lead towards Les Sables-d’Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie,

‘VILLA LA PAYRAUDELLE’ offers:

- 1 living area of 41 m² with a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and a small sitting room with a smart TV and fibre-optic Wi-Fi,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160 x 200),
- 3 bedrooms with 1 bed (140 x 190),
- 1 bedroom with 4 beds (90 x 190) (2 sets of bunk beds) opening onto the south-facing terrace,
- 2 shower rooms with shower and washbasin,
- 2 separate toilets,
- 1 utility room, nappy-changing area, large storage cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer under the worktop to accommodate a baby changing mat, large sink,
- 1 storage room,

You have access to two enclosed outdoor areas:
- Terrace area: south-east facing, 2 sets of garden furniture for 12 people, 1 barbecue, 2 parasols, 5 deckchairs, 1 bench, 2 hammocks,
- Patio area: west facing, bistro-style garden furniture for 6 people, 1 parasol,
- Games (indoor and outdoor) for adults and children are provided,
- Beach parasols with screw bases are provided,

You can also borrow baby care equipment free of charge, on request and subject to availability:

- IKEA high chair with support cushion, baby bath, potties and baby toilet seat

SUPPLEMENTS
Heating during the heating season, payable on site: €10 per night
Tourist tax: €0.90 per night per adult over 18
A deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival (not cashed)
