The sleeping area comprises a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room; a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed) with dressing room and en-suite shower room; a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90x2 bunk bed); a master bedroom (1 x 180cm bed) with en-suite shower room, WC and dressing room; and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

The villa has 2800m² of grounds with a swimming pool (5mx10m) heated all year round and covered by a secure dome, a 6-seater jacuzzi, children's play equipment (swing, tree house), plancha grill, garden furniture, etc. Included: electric heating, cleaning charge, bed linen and towels provided.
