The 68 m2 of rental space includes 2 bedrooms, plus a flat that's both independent and integrated! An ingenious system inspired by boat cabins has been designed in one of the bedrooms. The accommodation also has 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 toilets. Handy for getting ready in the morning or showering on the way back from the beach! The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is arranged behind a counter opposite the dining area. There's also a reception counter where you can grab a coffee or heat up a meal on the run. The decor is sober, with a few classic pieces of furniture and framed reproductions adding a "family home" feel to the flat. The rooms are bordered by a balcony, perfect for a reading break or a drink overlooking the sea. Also useful during the summer on the Vendée coast, a parking space is available for holidaymakers.

See it and walk to it! The large sandy beach of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is just down the road from the flat (no road to cross). Depending on the tides and waves, it's a surfers' playground, a place for swimmers and joggers or a fishermen's paradise. The embankment invites you to take a more leisurely stroll. The port of St Gilles is just 2km away and is always busy and particularly lively in summer. Ice-cream parlours and crêperies will delight gourmets. The maritime-inspired shops are close to both the fishing boats and the station! In the surrounding area, footpaths and cycle paths lead to the rocky coastline of the Vendée Corniche and to the pine forests that line the dunes. Relaxation, entertainment and leisure activities are all within easy reach of the residence. The Vendée is also well worth a visit for its other tourist attractions: Les Sables d'Olonne is 32 km away, Saint Jean de Monts 17 km and Noirmoutier 42 km.
