Gîte located in the Domaine de la Brunelle, 800 m from the Plage du Bouil and 3 km from the market town of Longeville sur Mer.

The ground floor comprises a lounge/living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a WC and a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Upstairs, a mezzanine (1 x 90cm bed, suitable for a 5th person (a child on request) separated from a second bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) by a curtain. No wifi. Outside: shaded terrace and garden (table, chairs, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue). Access to the estate's communal swimming pool, open from June to September. Dedicated parking space.

Cot and high chair available on request. Holiday insurance required.
Optional: cleaning package: €60/stay; Sheet hire for 1 and 2 pers. 10€/bed/stay; Towel hire: 12€/person/stay.
Additional charge: tourist tax.
In 2023: heating included.
In 2024: heating package: 8€/day (to be paid to the owner).
Extra charge for professionals: cleaning package: €80/stay.
