This living area leads onto a private, south-facing terrace equipped with an electric awning/garden furniture/transats and a plancha.
The port of L'Herbaudière is just 1km away on foot, with a wide range of shops and a market every Monday morning. Included in the price: beds made on arrival - towels and household linen.
